Foothills UU Brotherhood
Foothills UU Brotherhood is a community of men who gather to support each other, for the elders to help steward the herd, to re-define modern masculinity, and for camaraderie. Unfortunately, this kind of community of men is not common today. It requires like-minded people and a fairly high level of trust. The Brotherhood is developing just that kind of community.
The Brotherhood provides a forum for spiritual and personal growth. It aims to create an accepting, stimulating, and healing environment. We discuss many interesting topics related to being a man today. We are currently working through a book doing exercises that stretch our minds and hearts. We also have social outings where we have a meal, play a game, or just relax together.
We generally meet 1st and 3rd Thursday evenings and welcome all men, any age and anywhere on the rainbow.
