The Membership Committee hosts three Path to Membership classes annually. These classes provide those considering joining the church an opportunity to hear about the various committees, programs and beliefs in an informal setting. The classes are scheduled for October 22, January 28 and April 14. Classes are conducted Saturday morning from 9:15 to 1:00. There will be sign-up sheets at the Visitors’ Table prior to the classes. Child care and lunch will be provided. If participants are ready to join the church, the membership book is available for signing at the end of the class. It is not mandatory to attend a Path to Membership class in order to join Foothills UU. Whenever an attendee would like to join, the Membership book is located in the church office and is available most weekdays as well as during the Sunday services. It’s a good idea to contact the office if you’d like to sign during the week.
